The Site is operated by Boyhood Visions LLC ("Boyhood Visions", "we", "us" or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products to you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our clothing is made for kids, but purchases must be made by a parent, guardian or other adult.

If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

We work hard to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations between printed pieces are normal.

Sizes are a guide, and fit varies from child to child. Please check the product details before ordering.

Prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order is packed, but not once it has shipped.

Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

All designs, illustrations, photos, logos, text and other content on the Site belong to Boyhood Visions LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use our artwork or branding without our written permission.

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, or tag us on social media, you allow us to use, reproduce and share that content in connection with our brand, with credit where possible. Don't share anything unlawful, offensive or owned by someone else.

For your family's safety, never share a child's full name, school or location.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with the Site's security or operation;
• scrape or collect content or data from the Site by automated means;
• buy products for resale without our written agreement.

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers and social networks. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Boyhood Visions LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boyhood Visions LLC, its owners and team against claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
